hey did anyone notice this in FOTR.......and i cant remember from the book

but it looks like Gandalf went to minas tirith to read about the history of the ring??
when he first comes to a hillside u can see the white city in the back ground
and someone confirm whether or not it was osgiliath ( a very brief glimpse) in the very next shot where he was looking at mordor

Yes thats right he went to Minas Tirith... in the book too.
He re-read Isildurs texts about the Ring (in the book you can see the whole text) and finally notices that the Ring Frodo has is really the One.

The pic on my day calendar shows him riding toward Minas Tirith with Mordor in the background. He looks like he's riding a Warg.

Its also told that Gandalf often went to the library with Faramir cuz he loves books 😄

I remember that.
My fave scene is where Legolas is staring back at the Balrog with a helpless look on his face. Poor Legolas.
