Not "charm power" but he can controll other's feelings, he's a, so called, Empathic. And I believe, that he can controll feelings not only through his eyesight but also voice... That's why Rogue, when they first met, was acting like hypnotized. Gambit can make people trust him... I would like to have powers like that... at least i wouldn't have so many people who thinks I'm a lousy b*** (sorry...) 😛
