Why is it against the law for a man living in England to be buried in Wales? If an airplane crashed exactly on the border of France and Germany, where would the survivors be buried?

spike...its a quarter (one eye on washington, one eye on the eagle)
heres one, its a bit longer to read tho...There are 2 rooms, one with 3 light bulbs (that never burn out) mounted on the wall, one with 3 switches (that never wear out). Your goal: to figure out which switch goes to which light bulb.
These 2 rooms are separate and once inside one, you cannot not see inside the other. The room with the 3 switches has 1 switch connected to 1 light bulb in the other room. There are no tricks to the wiring, each individual switch goes to exactly 1 light bulb, and vice versa. You are allowed to go into the room with the 3 light bulbs as often and for as long as you like, but you cannot damage anything (to look at the wiring, for instance). Once you do go into the room with the 3 switches, you can flip the switches on and off as often and for as long as you like (again, barring any damaging activity), but as soon as you leave that room, you cannot return. You can then go back to the other room, but then you have to give your answer at that point.
What exactly are we supposed to be working out?
Well in that case you're in trouble, because once you leave the switches room you can't return and you have to give your answer then and there. So unless you start in the room with the lights where you could do nothing as soon as you went through the door you'ld have to state your answer. What you could do but it doesn't say if you could is to look through the door and see which light was on with which switch...
Sorry if that confused you
Some Riddle thread
I'm bored so I felt in my voluntary actions that I would humbly make this thread:
A man and his wife are driving down the road when they run out of gas. The gas station is only four miles away, so the husband tells his wife to lock all the doors and windows and to wait for him to get back. Before their car broke down, the couple saw a biker gang drive by. On his way to the gas station, the man sees the same gang drive by in the other direction, back toward his wife. He gets the gas and walks back to his car, only to find his wife stabbed to death. All the windows are up and the doors are still locked. What happened?
I know some of you already know the answer (*Cough* moises and FAMOUS *Cough*) so DON'T SAY SHIT!!!
