However, to get in, he must answer the password given by the doorman standing behind the door; so the man hides nearby to try to hear what the other members say. The first man approaches the door. The doorman says 12 and the first man says 6 and he is let inside. A second man approaches the door. The doorman says 6 and the second man says 3 and he is also let inside. Now the man tries it for himself. The doorman says 10 and the man says 5 but he is NOT let in. What should've been the answer and why?
