What do you do if you know someone who is so depressed that they cut themselves?

this is more the questions about the forum munchkin... but I told you my (short) opinion in the welcome-thread 🙂

especially when that person that i was talking about is me

then I would suggest you talk to your best friend,
it's not easy for someone to talk about this if they barely know you 😖

ya thats true but my friend wouldnt understand because she has a wonderful life!
