Gzipped Pages

I've added the Gzip feature to the forums, which should speed up things for people on modems.

There might be some problems with the way it works for some, so if you have *any* problems with the page displaying...especially if get a blank screen with garbled characters, then let me know straight away!

OK, dunno about anyone else, but all I can say is WOW! That's fast!!! 🙂 BIG IMPROVEMENT on speed.

Well actually I can't seem to tell the difference! Sometimes it is fast and sometimes it is slow as hell! Same as before really. but then I think that is more to do with my phone line than anything. But everyone else seems pleased so i wont complain!

Currently seeing a lot of broken sig images, from all users so not just one ISP giving problems.
