She narrowed her eyes, a stare of pure distrust focused on him. " That depends." She said quietly. " My own kind has attempted to murder me before. " She said in a skeptical voice. Her eyes had now wel adjusted, and she could distinctly make his features out.
He turned his focus back onto her, and got up from out of the chair. He unbuckled the iron belt that held his sword to his side. He removed the heavy weapon and handed it to her, the blade in his hand so she can grab the hilt. Take it, it's yours... Without waiting for a response, he turned and made his way to a corner across the room. He flipped in mid air and stuck himself to the ceiling. What proceeded afterwards was baffling.
With his back turned his cloak opened like the wings of a bat (with a similar appearance). When his wings stretched out, six skeletons fell to the ground. He beat his wings, and closed them again. From that he rest, and the light of the sun showned brightly on his pitch black attire...
She was pulled slightly with the weight of the weapon. "Hm." She nodded her head, and drew the blinds a bit tighter as she squinted. Her eyes moved to the floor and she tried to make sense out of what she had just seen. It was not configuring in her mind, so she gave up on it, and returned to the couch.
Her mind twisted itself as she tried to determine exactly what had happened. Agrivated, she stood, walking to the kitchen and snatched a bottle of chilled red whine. She slid her lips over it and drank about half, before making her way once again back to the sofa, and finally falling into a light sleep.

James sighed, thinking what it would be like to be a vampire for the second time. He smirked to himself. He needed to find a vampire to ask though. He was far to old to hang around with people in their teens anyway. He walked outside looking for a vampire.

He walked up to James "look James, I'm really sorry. When you put that cross up to me I freaked out but I totally overreacted. Is there...anything I can do to get you to forgive me?" he asked
