Ah, figures. So it’s a theory of yours.
Let’s take a peek at Burlyman’s Archie-quote again:

Similar. What’s created the idea, that Neo and/or his predecessors are programs is the word ”design.” But Neo was also created on design.
Oracle: ”In one hand you’ll have Morpheus’ life, in the other you’ll have your own.” Neo rushes off to save Morpheus, and fulfils his destiny – he chooses to become the One.
This program, the Oracle, cannot break her programming. She’s there to make the One feel, as if he’s choosing his fate, although she knows what is going to happen – and what HAS happened. The system cannot use a human, who doesn’t feel an attachment to the rest of “your” species (which states that Neo is human btw).
“ - a contingent affirmation that was meant to create a profound attachment to the rest of your species, facilitating the function of the One.”
Without this contingent affirmation, the One might just shrug and chose the door back to the Matrix and a status like a God.
