They may not have known which film which scenes were going into. They most likely shot all the footage for both films intermingled.

The twins didn’t die in Reloaded. And since Revolutions is to be the big “wrap up” they would most likely return. They’ve fought Morpheus and Trinity. We need to see them up against Neo.

Yes it proves Twins are in it. Did anyone see Neo whooping on the twins in Reloaded? I heard they are to fight in the subway train, but that is most likely false, but I would bet they fight in Revolutions.

No. It’s not such a bad idea. It would seem a reasonable chain of events, that Neo wakes up at Mobil Ave, while Trin, Morph and Seraph goes to pay the Mero a visit. Maybe the twins strange ghost-power even allows them to be present in the limbo-part of the Matrix.
