Toothaces SUCK!

I just wanna put dynamite in my mouth and blow them all OUT!! Gawd!! I cant go to sleep with them, they are a constant irritant!! I have 3. When one goes away, another re-occurs. I took 3 advil, and now its easing up. But the pain gets suicidal!!!!

And I cant afford a dentist, red tape on insurance, cuz im part of the "Life Styles OF De Po' And Da Broke!"
