I recently bought the documentary DVD "Tales from the Crypt: From Comic Books to Television", and it totally got me into a Creepshow mood. Then again, Creepshow is an homage to E.C. comics' Tales from the Crypt, The Vault of Horror, and The Haunt of Fear. My favorite episode is where Leslie Nielson buries Ted Danson and his wife to their necks on the beach and lets high tide drown them, only to have them return as waterlogged zombies.

I wish they'd make another Creepshow. I grew up reading E.C. comics and they are what helped spark my love for horror movies. In fact, I still have over 200 E.C. books in my comic library. Creepshow 2 was very underrated, in my opinion. I still think pt. 1 is far superior, though.
