Just caught this on today's "supershadow" words of wisdom:

SS, please answer my question, is there going to be any of this Sith/Jedi history revealed in Episode 3? (SuperShadow: No.) If so, how in depth will it be? (SuperShadow: Lucas created the Jedi/Sith history for SS.com so that he does not have to spend precious screen time in Episode 3 explaining things.) Will there be flashbacks or a story told by Yoda to Obi-Wan or something like that? Thanks rock on. (SuperShadow: Nice idea, but this is not gonna happen in Episode 3.)

As you can see, Lucas is creating entire character histories just for supershadow alone. What a privileged person he must be!

Please, sign the petition 🙂. Let's try to get this creep off the net.

all im saying is that if people were stupid enough to pay for his premium section, they did for awhile have access to the stuff that was in his premium area, and thats what they payed for. all he did was con people out of their money, sorry but thats not a criminal offense. and he also never lied about his identity, as far as we can tell. if that map location has a match and the person that lives in that house is Mickey, Radley, or whatever his other name was Suttle, then that's not fraud. In order for it to be a fraud case, he would have had to pretend to be George Lucas or Rick McCallum or someone actually inside Lucasfilms, him saying that he was is, by definition, not fraud. If his last name really is Suttle, the law can't touch him.
And aside from that - you can't one hundred percent prove that his claims are false! As it stands Lucas hasn;t commented on him, the employment records for ILM are secured, and just because you haven't seen any of those "documentaries", doesn't mean that they don't exist. I don't believe any of that stuff exists, but I don't have any of the facts in front of me, and just because I haven't seen this crap doesn't mean it's not true.
I'm not saying I like what he does, I just think you're all making a mountain out of a molehill.

Conning people out of their money IS a crime. People get arrested for it all the time. Companies get sued for it all the time. I don't know what ass-backwards country you're from. "For entertainment purposes only" is a disclaimer that the information given may not be wholly factual. Obviously, you have no idea what I'm talking about, so stop with the insults. Charging people money for "inside" information that he knows is false constitutes false advertising. He is making a claim that he knows is false to sell his "product." If you think there's nothing wrong with that, I own this antique bridge in New York City.

See, problem with that is, at the time he did give inside information, he had stuff on there from the hyperspace section and other stuff that he had posted, I'm not sure what he had up there I wasn't a member. I'm not saying that what he did was right or even ethical, all I can say for it is that he did everything within the limits of the law, and no one can touch him for these reasons:
1. He didn't use the name of someone else inside the corporation, he can't be sued for fraud
2. He actually provided information that was unique to only to paying members, and all the information he provided in the premium area wasn't false.
I don't like what he does at all. I don't bash him because I'm not 100% sure and I don't like making empty accusations.
And sorry if I sound pissed off or like I hate you, thats not my aim, this text is meant in the friendly debating sort of diologue.

I am Australian, in this country at least if you misrepresent yourself (IE tell lies) then that is considered bad, and under our federal telecommunications act it is an offence (practically unenforceable, but an offence never the less). However if you then get money from people (quite intelligent people, who not having the benefit of being a forum user could not tell the clever lies from the truth) based on these lies - that IS fraud (fraud is about getting material gain through deception). Fraud is a criminal offence at a local level and very enforceable. I am sure that is true in America as well.
As I understand it, America's system allows people to freely lie their ass off online with any legal problems. But it does not allow people to commit fraud, breach copyright (as SS stolen pictures of innocent Aussie girls did), Libel Lucas/Lucasarts/starwars.com and god knows what else if a decent lawyer got involved.
This mongrel needs to be stopped, before more innocent Starwars fans have their Starwars trip soured by SS.com. And as EP3 gets closer there will be many more victims in the pool.

I agree with everybody on the fact that Suttle's a fraud. I wasn't aware of him stealing pictures of innocent aussie girls, but now i am, thank you. But this is america, and as long as he didn't pretend to be another person inside Lucasfilm, fraud is pretty much out. all he did was say that he was inside lucasfilms, and that in and of itself is not a crime. the money thing is debatable, but as log as suttle had something on that page that was unique (he had the "episode 8 plot outline" on there, at least, if not more). Like it or not, if someone paid $30 for a lifetime membership, they paid $30 for a lifetime of looking at that script! the only determining factor is that something on that page is unique, and that's all suttle would need to produce in court and be found not guilty. it sucks, i agree, but suttle would definetly walk in court. besides, honestly, i dont think Lucasfilms would waste the legal fees on him, hes garbage.

and its not so much episode iii that hes ruining, all his spoilers so far have been legit. its post episode iii, when there are going to be people out there who actually think that he's going to take the franchise over, and when it doesn't happen all the kids that go on that site are gonna be really disappointed...and my defending him, its not that i like the guy, i would just never wanna see anyone, no matter who it was, go to jail over something like this...i mean, it's just a movie.

I just pity that poor fool. What is he going to do after episode three comes out? Start a G Force fan page? Tell people how he aquired the rights to make a G Force movie? Maybe talk about his cameo in the next Indiana Jones movie?

First of all, he advertised his "premium" site as having unique spoilers for Episode II that only HIS site had access too. He, in no way, had such information. That is false advertising. You are completely wrong to say anything contrary. Second, fraud is dilberately misrepresenting yourself. To say he is a friend of George Lucas, is receiving unique information from George Lucas, and charging people for access to that information constitutes FRAUD. His "premium" site was shut down simply because he was charging people to see copyrighted material that Lucasfilm was charging people to access. His main site is still around because it is free and has no more information than any other fan site. Even if it is grossly misrepresented, it is free to the public.

Would Yoda beat Sidious without the Kyber crystal? You said it greatly enhances power and also that Yoda comes close to beating Sidious in Episode 3. PLEASE ANSWER AND SAY YODA WOULD WIN! (SuperShadow: Yeah, obviously if Sidious didn’t have the kyber crystal, then Yoda would be the victor. Sidious needs the crystal to defeat Yoda.)

Where does he get this idea that Sidious has a kyber crystal?

Did I mention that Rick McCallum has turned his duties over to me after Episode III. I will be taking over the whole Star Wars franchise including merchandising. Lucas and McCallum have decided to allow me to make billions by following in their footsteps. It looks like Mickey Suttle has some competition. Excuse me, I have to go take my meds before Suttle takes my share.
