I stubbed my toe just now, second time today 🙁

I was trying to lift a bed and I put my feet under it , While I was lifting it , I suddenly released it and ........Pain.

yo word, i'm out of the rest of my basketball season because on friday night at a bball game i twisted my ankle and sprained it badly, so now i'm on crutches

..and i'm not only in physical pain but emotional as well...sucks

Physical pain doesn't bother me much...It's the tightness that comes with a Joint injury(the kind that I usually get) I hate the fact that I can barely move my joints when I get hurt...

A friend of mine got into a fight the other day and I dunno how but his finger got dislocated along the way, and omg he wouldn't go to the hospital 'cos his folks would crack up on him. So one of my other mates sortta cracked it back into place ❌ It was awful! Now he's walking round with his finger bandaged up real tight 'cos he says that the bone should heal properly back in place and all that. 🙁 I've been trying to get him to get it checked out but he won't listen to me. Must hurt like hell 🙁
