Cypher (aka Doug Ramsey) could understand ANY language: human and computer (a very reandom power if you ask me) Warlock was a techno-organic entity (don't quite know what that means)

As Douglock, a combination of the two after they died (this just gets even more confusing) he retained memories and powers of both Doug/Cypher and Warlock...

he could understand every existent language, be it human, computer-made or alien. he was also a software genius.
as douglock he could manipulate his bodily structure to interact with computers and could also be used as an encryption and decryption unit.
