Well, generally Magic and supernaturality are the defining elements of Fantasy. Like..per definition, you know?

It also can be on a made up world. That counts as fantasy without having magic and dragons

Yes, they're generally a defining element, but fantasy stories can still exist without them.

How would they be defined as fantasy then? I guess they cpould be Science Fantasy...but generally what kind of setting would make something not supernatural, yet fantasy?

Okay, and then a made up world in the past is Fantasy and a made up world in the future is Science Fiction?
