I didn't know .hack was an annime. Thought it was a game...?

What's the anime storyline?

There's actually something like 3-4 anime and manga based off the games...There's .hack//SIGN, .hack//Liminality and Legend of the Twilight Bracelet...the story of the anime (.hack//sign anyway, since it's the only one I've seen) is sort of based off the games, it takes place in a MMORPG called the World, and the main character (Kite) is trapped in the World. Kinda reminds me of the Matrix, to be honest 😂
