I can't copy and save pics anymore? I toss a bunch of old crap off this computer and now I can't save things as gif's or jpeg's. Can anyone help? 🙁

Some stuff off the desktop to save some memory. That was a while ago. When I try to copy and save pic it only gives me an ART option or a Bitmap, what ever that is.

i never tried to copy a pic I always right click and try 'save picture as' is that the same thing?

Yes, and it won't give me the gif/jpeg option?!! It's like i lost those programs and I need to re intall them but I dont know how.

I am not sure..sounds like you lost something from windows itself you may have to uninstall the entire thing to get things straight..Id definatly ask lance,i am a kook when it comes to this stuff

Hmm...I don't exactly know what to tell you...go to window's update and scan for updates to your version of Windows, and download the most crucial files, if it doesn't get solved with that then I'm with bkk, you will have to save your programs on a back-up disk and then reformat your hard drive then re-install your operating system. then you'd have to put all your olds programs back on to your computer, it may take a while, but that should fix the problem.
