hip hop is more than eminem, it is more than what is on the radio and trl. the hip hop heads that I know want nothing to do with mtv and trl because its crap. Personally, I believe the only thing that eminem has done was removed the stigma and stain of vanilla ice from white emcees. That's it, plain and simple. some of his songs are good but an enormous amount of them are annoying and boring. i enjoyed his first album and i didn't have a problem shelling out eight bucks to see his movie (although i haven't seen it since). he just needs to decide if he is a hip hop emcee or pop rap rapper; those are two different things!
