well it's kinda like football, only you move up the field by throw the frisbee to your teamates, but onnce you've caught the frisbee you have to stop where you are and find another mate, and throw it to him, but that's just on offense.

OO I have played that with a nerf ball but played it like basketball and it was called dork ball 😛
