Reading and writing, only english and portuguese. I understand and can speak spanish pretty good but writing I kinda mix it up with portuguse. I guess I can read ok. French I can manege understand enough hearing and can speak enough to make myself understood, but reading and writing I suck. I had german in school but I forgot most of it. Guess if I get into it again it would be back. I can manege a little italian.

If you mean speaking them everyday then no, only english and here.
If you mean getting all those languages well technical it is. Spain is right next door and the language is quite similar. Italian is similar too, just not has much...thats why I only get a little. Had french, german and english at school so 😉
