My Mutant x role play

This roleplay is and some what isn’t going to take place in themutant x & X-men Universe but it is going to play by the same rules.

Its going to be set in a modern world like our own but with more futuristic technology. Technology that was created to keep humanity on par with mutant abilities, such as military devices which enable users to see through walls and incredibly powerful weaponry. The majority of mutants wish to live “normal” lives with mankind. The general populace is accepting of mutant-kind and their powers, but there are the occasional organizations that insist on separation of man and mutant.

The government has taken steps to insure public safety by creating a mutant police force to police the mutants. There are also specialized government organizations created to handle worldwide mutant problems. But these organizations powers are limited, they can’t interfere in any local law enforcement’s jurisdiction until asked to.

And of course when there is order there must also be chaos. This comes in the forms of mutants using their powers for selfish-gain; as well as the occasional human using advanced technology to make some extra cash. But you’re neither of these.

You are a mutant, but your not just any mutant, while many people have super-speed or increased strength or heat vision, you’ve been blessed with unique powers. That have to be explainable in some logical way, to prove that your power will actually work.
For Example: I make explosions... somehow. Will not be accepted.
A correct example would be along the lines of cyclops power he refocused light within his eye so much that the reflection of light was an insanely powerful optic blast.
Or as in jesse case he makes adoms move in such a way he can wall in and out walls and become a powerful mass
This is where you come in.

You’ve just received a message from a man only known as “adam”. He tells you to meet him at the condemned local amusement park at exactly 10:00pm by the tilt-a-whirl and he’ll explain all you need to know there.

i'll join if i can have my characters powers

yea its x-men and mutant x teamed up with othermutants

so i can have the light and dark powers??

as of the mutant x team i would prefer to have some orginal cahacters with some of the real powers.but if for some reason that dose not happen hybids are ok

Can i be nightcrawler?

if i get permissoin then i'll make and character page and nightclawer will be off limits to and one else. and the same of anyone eles who will join as and x-men or mutant x

Um, I have an idea for a new RPG, but I don't know if anyone will like it... Oh well, nothing was ever accomplished without taking a few chances, right? 😉

Here's my idea:

The Sachi Scroll

Basically, a random mix of characters from all walks of life are bound together by fate, all searching for the same thing: the Sachi Scroll. Each has their own desire, their own mission in life to complete. The Sachi Scroll is said to grant one wish to anyone who reads it- sounds simple enough, right? However, the Sachi Scroll was very well hidden by its creator, and blindly searching is the only way to find it. The only clue that has been left to finding the Sachi Scroll is the following phrase: "It is better to climb to the top of a mountain yourself than it is to have someone carry you the whole way up." No one understood why the creator of the Sachi Scroll thought this was a valid hint in finding the Scroll, but since the creator died long ago, no one could ask for clarification of the statement. Therefore, scholars attempting to better understand this strange hint simply had to take the literal meaning of by assuming that the Sachi Scroll could be found on a mountaintop. And so the journey begins...
