anyone know first aid?

My left wrist hurts really bad... I went downstairs to get a drink and stumbled...

Now Im typing with one hand 😮

btw - I was as sober as a nun

Cut it off...it gets your mind off the wrist pain...

Ive already run it under cold water...

I like my arm; think of what I wouldn't be able to do without it 😱

when I was thinking of 'what i wouldn't be able to do with my arm' once it had been amputated... was more on the lines of ermmm... climbing up a ladder 😇

well will you just pop over and bandage my swollen wrist 🙁

ice it and bring on a light-pressure bandage, then "massage" it

instead of bandage, a belt could be used as well

ok then... what do I just wrap it around to put on a slight pressure?

If it doesn't get any better I'll take it to A and E tomo...
