But I think that a sweet ass cover is Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society's take on Heart Of Gold - Neil Young... they take a great Canadian classic and put a metal spin on it!

i thought weezers cover of hit me baby one more time was pretty funny, but for actual quality off the top of my head id say the chauffeur by the deftones covering duran duran, it has this really infectious guitar melody in it that you want to listen to over and over again.

I thought Personal Jesus covered by Marilyn Manson was pretty sweet, as well as Sweet Dreams.

I also like Social Distortion's Ring of Fire.
