You failed to mention that Superman was depowered in that issue.Anyway, I hope everyone realizes that just about every single thing that's been discussed in here today was either already proven or disproven like about 200 pages back. Seriously, check it all out, might help everyone's argument in one way or another.
I doubt me and accels current debate is 200 pages back considering that we are talking about some of the most recent hulk issues.

Not true, this fight will not last 'till the end of time. It doesn't matter how strong you get, it doesn't make you completely incapable of being ko'd, damaged, or killed. Hulk in his enraged state has been ko'd numerous times by characters who are weaker than Juggernaut. Just because you can continually increase your strength to an unknown or incalculable state, that doesn't bring with it the ability to be impervious to harm.
It's true that Hulk has been knocked out by people weaker than Juggernaut before, but we usually go by these characters higher showings. Otherwise, I could use Cain's fights with Spider-Man, Venom, Thor, and War Hulk to show that the Juggernaut is in fact stoppable.

No it wouldnt cause him to run out of breath soon. He fought underwater for long periods (pre gills) agenst namor who is class onehundred and didn't become exausted.Hulk has shown through his entire comic carrear to have vast vast lung capacity. He has also fought lots of people like that. This also could play into my idea that it just gave him like an extra pocket in his body which stored extra oxygen so it was like having a mini oxygen tank in his body or something of the like. I looked over the fight a couple times and it still doesn't seem like he evolved past his basic need for oxygen. He only talks or grunts or whatever once back on the ship so he has oxygen again. This means that he was most likely conserving his breath not wasting it on "HULK SMASH".
However, his fight did last longer in space with the robot than it did with Namor in the water. He didn't yell "Hulk Smash!" but he was pissed and yelling for Fury.
Your theory makes sense and could be true, but at the moment it's all just speculation. Hulk's gamma-irradiated body makes it just about impossible to kill him. He's taken hits from a galaxy-destroying blast (that he redirected with a thunderclap) and he supposedly has come back from being to reduced subatomic particles (this is something I have seen Cosmic Cube say and he knows his Hulk better than anyone) so I seriously doubt suffocation or hunger is going stop him. If he is completely devoid of either oxygen or nutrition, his body will adapt and compensate for those shortcomings. If necessary, Hulk could eliminate any basic need and be completely fueled by adrenaline and anger.
