You're taking the higher feats of one character and comparing them to the lower feats of another. Hulk has some good showings of his own as well, including Destroying the Flame of Life (something that has withstood attacks from Celestials), held apart the matter antimatter force, held back the Galaxy Master, punched through a timestorm, and many others. And Cain has been stopped by characters far weaker than Hulk as well.
I've also stated before that Professor Hulk was pretty much the biggest wuss out of any the Hulk incarnations. Banner with Hulk's body is still Banner; he still represses his emotions that make Savage Hulk really powerful (anger, ambition, drive, etc). He's been beaten up by plenty of people so knocking him out after ambushing him is nothing to be proud of. Even then, though, Juggs wouldn't have been able to kill him.
