Not all. Just his strength, durability, and healing factor. his runnign speed should naturally increae as the strength in his leg muscles increase, but that doesn't mean he'd be running at the speed of light any time.
Sorry, but when Thor killed the Hulk he was at Classic lv.

all well i honestly think he will never go past speed of light cause the only reasion the flash can go past that without dieing is speed force and i dont think a healing factor is gonna heal hulk from what would happen to him if he did.

actually it has been argued lots on here.
like when i brought up the fact that Crusifer(a vampire) bit superman and took controll of him and showed the on panle feat it was said just cause it was shown in the comics dont mean it would happen again.
