IIRC he was depowered by his boss because he used the Uni-power to do good during that Captain Universe Spiderman arc.

wtf? no no no hell no he isnt class 100 he got owned by luke cage, got owned by some furby and now got owned by some ninja? i doubt he even makes it to class 70 IMO he is somwhere in the class 40 right now at best he displayed a very pathetic durability and strength

That's sad... But I see why they did it. Classic Juggernaut on the team would've been overkill.

Look at it this way - if it was classic Juggs every time the writers need for the team to lose they'd have Juggs lose because of some stupid PIS. So id rather have him depowered than turned into a massive jobber.

It's not like there are no teams with power levels fluctuating out there.

Not all Avengers, JLAers, Xmen etc are on the same level.
Depowering the character is just the easy way out IMO

Imo they would have to rewrite the source of his powers to have Cyttorrak accept him going into serious heroics.

I have a feeling that Cain's life is about to come to a brutal end. 😂 I mean Marvel is really rolling out the cheesecake for Cain. Last I saw, Captain Uni punched him through a forest, and laid him out, until Spiderman came to his rescue. My guess is that Cytorrak is about to get another Avatar to hunt Cain down and choke the life out of him.

As for this thread it would take a full powered Juggernaut to hang tough with the Hulk in his current state, this version of Cain would just bleed all over his boots. Yep, Marvel needs to kill him, or re-power him.

My guess is that we'll see the Kingpin giving Juggy a spanking next.
