Whose faster Quiksilver(marvel) or Flash(Dc)?

Quicksilver really is a better name than Flash.

Yea Quicksilver may be a better name, great clothing range too but the fact of the matter is Flash is so much more faster than Quicksilver.I mean.... MUCH!! MORE!! faster.

Flash is faster than Quicksilver, because Quicksilver cannot run as fast as light and beyond, Flash can.

Quicksilver is only a mutant and part of the X-Men saga, and in general those characters have very restricted and toned down super powers next to the almighty DC characters that can do everything. I guess it's to make it more realistic.

Quicksilver was just a super-fast mutant. You have one who can heal, one who fires eye-lasers, one who controls weather, one who has wings, one who is telekinetic, and Quicksilver was just the "speedy" guy. I don't think he was created with any intention of being comparred to The Flash.

That's the thing that bugs me about DC. Marvel will keep their characters at a certain level, but DC seem to just make things up as they go along and keep "adding" abilities in order to out-do the others. Look at earlier incarnations of Superman and Flash, Supes was just a strong guy who could leap tall buildings - they then made him fly later on, and Flash was just a fast guy - who later on became faster than the speed of light.

It's that kind of stuff that puts me off reading anything with DC written on it apart from Batman (and that's not to say Marvel hasn't tried it too like with Magneto and Captain America)

Makkari is more comparable to Flash's speed than Quicksilver.

uh flash. didn't you see the crossover wher they raced? plus flash can run at light speed wheras the most quicksilver has ran would be 200mph. Also I can't wait for this week's smallville. flash finally comes. WOOOO HOOOOO. any ways flash can run back to the 15 century, get a sword, coem back and stab quicksilver. Just so you know, Quicksilver can run the speed of sound. Which i beleive is somewhere over 600 Mph. Does anyone know how fast the speed of light is and the exact speed of sound so this discussion can end?

360000000 kilometres per hour and and the speed of sound is 1188kilometres per hour. So the figures pretty much speek for emself.

actually, marvel comics are a lot better than dc, but i do agree that sumtimes the artwork is better in dc and dc most definately rules in terms of dialogue, but in the end, marvel is more realistic , has a much better story line, and is just better, NEWAY ur intitled to ur own opinnion.

This is all subject to debate. Marvel has some great artists, although they just lost Joe Bennet, sunuvagun. However, as long as Priest is only writing for Marvel, that's a leg up for them, IMHO.

wally is the fastest out of any of them got his powers the same way barry did...bart is related to barry, his grandson i think.......johnny quick created or found a formula to make him fast

they established this in the JLA/Avengers crossover, the fact that Flash can tap into the speed-zone makes him faster

yeah flash is no doubt faster than pietro, dc just bothers me with all these different people picking up the same exact power, theres like three flash generations in the original universe isnt there?

The problem with superspeed is, if they can move at superspeed, why don't they move at superspeed all the time?

Barry Allen and Jay are about as fast as Supes seeing as how they tied whenvever they races Wally is the only one that actually ever beat Supes but it was close. I think Bart is the coolest though since he has the ability to remember whatever he reads.

wut? to remember EVERYTHING the first time you read it? uh...dat's pretty fricckin extraordinary to me. Just by glancing at it and being able to retrieve it is pretty dang awesome.

It's like flippin thru a massive dictionary in 10 sec, reading each word + definitions and being able to recite each one...
