I'm no fan of Hip Hop and I cant stand Rap, so it troubles me so, that I really enjoy Hey Ya by Outcast, I love the video too😎

Outkast has always been quality.

Some of their stuff is okay, but I just haven't taken to this new one at all.

outkast are a mixture or hiphop and funk and they are the best band nowdays...there still true to them selfs and they hit mainstream without changing there style over the years...rap/hiphop sucks now and outkast are one of the few hiphopers that still make good hiphop music!
