Texas to find out how much it is in dollars you can do this.
Take 160, multiply that with 13 then divide the sum you get with 8. That will give you $260.

What I did is to take £160 and found the sum in Norwegian currrency, (2080 NKR) divided 2080NKR with 8 to find the amount in dollar 260.
That will make $1.625 = £1.
