From what i can tell its saying 'professor logan we thought bobby was going to a school for the gifted.' then the woman says 'we still love you bobby it's just that this mutant problem is...complicated'
In the next one i think bobbys saying something like 'my family!'
Then pyro says 'i'm the worst mutant of all' then he just explodes all the police cars. It's along those lines but not an exact translation. I tried 😄
