kes: from what i read at SHH about the ghost rider movie, it looks like they are considering nicholas cage for the role of the main character. what do you make of that?

All of those movies have Nicolas Cage in them (big fan). Here's info....

Ghost Rider:It's based on the Marvel Comics book character, Johnny Blaze, a motorcycle stuntman who becomes the host of a "spirit of vengeance" in exchange for the safety of his true love, but at night he's transformed into a fiery demon with superpowers who chases the bad guys. The Weather Man:A TV weatherman in Chicago gets a gig on a big morning show in New York City and has to patch up his relationships with his ex-wife and his kids before he leaves town.(Drama/Comedy)-TBA 2004/2005

Dead to Rights:Based on the popular video game, Dead to Rights will tell the story of Jack Slate (Nicolas Cage), a disgraced cop obsessed with discovering who murdered his father.(Action/Thriller)-TBA 2004

i think i saw a trailer for it when i saw rotk and got a calendar for that movie through the mail...

I downloaded the trailer over the weekend, here's the basic story: Shrek and Fiona go on their honeymoon to visit Fiona's parents, and they are less than pleased with Shrek's appearance, mannerisms, behvaior, etc. And it progresses from there

Well the Ghost Rider story-line is kinda old 😖 But Nich Cage is quite good at action so...it might be good.

And Nicolas Cage is indeed playing the title character of Ghost Rider
