So I called the Taco Bell down the street and a hispanic guy answered and I asked him where my order was. He said that he just started his shift and he wouldn't know, I'd have to call tomorrow when that shift leader would be available. He had no idea what I was talking about nor did he care so he instantly gave me the run-around, can't blame him. So then I tell him that I ordered my food an hour ago and it isn't here. He said, 'what?' so I proceed to tell him that I ordered my food to be delivered and they said it would be here in thirty minutes and it's been and hour. So he explains to me that there is no way this could happen because his Taco Bell does not have a delivery service. I told him that I talked to Jose and Jose said that my order would be here in 30 minutes. The guy was very polite and said that no Taco Bell delivers and maybe I called the Franchise by mistake. So I told him sorry and that I must have called the wrong number. The part about Jose is so bad, so stereotypical. I feel bad.
