getting the sword

so heres the deal: i beat the game with ghost on easy. a friend of mine said that when you beat the game, your character gets to use a sword. so i put in the password in the hacking thingy and i got the extra training level. what now? i went through both doors and did some stuff: in the room with the shooting range i did both training things but didnt finish, and in the second room the swat guys just keep on coming. what do i do???
