My counter is valid (and correct) to me... and even after looking at your scans it still is... to me... so i really don't see the point in arguing about it anymore...
The difference is, that the characters who are saying this about Phoenix as ive shown include cosmic authorities such as Eternity, The Watcher and Death. Phoenix even states it herself:

The point is stated not just in X-titles but in Fantastic Four:

On top of that as you can see from the varying styles of the scans its a point that has been consistently stated, in multiple titles, by multiple sources ever since Phoenixes conception and right up until this day:

therefore making it canon regardless of your contrary opinion.
The point was even featured in the Phoenixes last bio which came out the end of last year:

What have you got that conclusively shows that Phoenix is not the Big Bang or not the life force of reality? Given that its consistently stated in multiple official sources over the years you really dont have a case.
