Duplicated and Spamming threads

I have a small suggestion that the KMC staff may wish to acknowledge and use, it is in regards to the reduction of duplicated and spamming threads,the idea is simple begin each and every forum thread with a non movable,non replyable message that informs user that spamming is forbidden but more importantly that before creating a new topic they should use the "search this forum" option to check whether or not the topic they wish to create has already been created. I know there are already these type of threads alreay in existence but many people fail to acknowledge there existence at least if every forum has one of these messages,people may become more aware thus reducing the amount of excess threads.

I just added Forum Rules in the episode 3 forum.

I agree that this would be a good idea because there are sooooooo many threads that repeat the same topics and it gets really overwhelming.
