Hagrid's House

Does anyone know which house Hagrid was in? could have been in Gryffindor?

I think Hagrid was probably in Gryffindor.

Griffindor obviously - J.K.Rowling herself said so in an interview! Isn't he "one of the bravest people" Harry knows (quoted from Prisoner of Azkaban) quite unlike Fang.

I would say gryffindor, since Tom Riddle was in Slytherin...obviously he wouldn't set up a fellow slytherin..........plus I don't think Hagrid is a pureblood...b/c he has giant blood in him...........right?
