I slash at coeus using breath of the dragon (-4 focus) I use foxs retreat to dodge from coeus his strike if he attacks me (-2 focus)/ Should coeus attack Mors or should more than 2 cops shoot at me I use willow step
(-1 Focus)/ IF HDM allows me to make that second attack I just make a normal attack at him with hands without shadow on it (-1 focus)
I am afraid you absolutely cannot dodge against Heph, Burn. You can still defend as normal, so it;s not as if he hits you automatically. You can draw the knives if you wish! You'll be acting as normal next action.
Coeus' team, it's kinda gone a bit hazy for you guys at this point. Coeus' engaging is going fine but I think Burn really needs some aid- he's a gunner, not a close up man!
Ok, let's resolve some things.
First of all, remember, Willow Step is best used for lots of multiple attacks. If you only have one attacker, a simple dodge will do the job better! Anyone who asked to Willow Step but only gets one attacker, I shall turn those to simple dodges instead! So long as you guys don't mind, of course!
Heph, you roll evens. A hit. Ok, this is NASTY. The hit was by 2. A punch does plus 1, for three damage so far. Plus eight for Heph's strength is 11.
But a Lightning Fist's damage is NOT subtracted by Burn's strength. So 11 damage straight it is. Burn, you can only gasp as Heph's nerve strike hits you. That is the most powerful punch we have seen yet guys!
Still, you are standing now, knives out if you want. You cannot act this action- you just did- but you can fight back NEXT action.
I bet being Prone has gotten people scared now!
Heph, you can draw your Berettas if you wish- I cannot 100% see the point, though, as they will just limit your options against Burn!
Rade- you perform your kick. You roll evens, not really enough to kill a
SWAT guy in normal circumstances- but for style, you can send him flying back off the balcony down to his death below!
Castor- you roll +1. An insufficient hit again if it were just a hit, but your disarm is absolutely fine, as you grab spin the gun out of the last SWAT guy there, and smash him with the butt. It;s a good strike, and as he is already Hit, that takes him out!
Cloud, you blast away at one of the South Side Upper SWATs, which is an unexpected piece of help for Rade, but then both of you are working on the same idea- elimintate the SWATs first!
You roll +1, with your bursts that takes you to a 14. Armour be darned, it is no kill but it's a solid Hit. Watch that ammo though. And you pull back an exertion for your fast attack.
Coeus, I asusme you were pulling simple defences against Fire, yes? Ok.
Fire, you roll evens and then -6. Obviously, I only need to worry about the first! And that is a hit- for six damage to Coeus, reduced to 2 if he uses his good old Tail of the Fox trick!
Mors, you have a nasty looking strike from Coeus coming back your way! I'll need a defence, and an attack on him, if you so wish.
Ares, you fire a burst at Virus... that will need a defence from her, of course! And an attack back, maybe.
