Bringing in new survivors is not a plot hole...in fact it's a hole filler..๐.. it was discussed in one of the earlier episodes what had happened to the rest of the plane..and there was also a suggestion that they to may have survived..and in the season finale where sawyer and the crew where on the raft..they even mention how huge the island looked compared to what they had initially thought..so hence you put those two points together and you can see a major possibility of the tail end easily having landed on the island..which a few people aboard that section could have survived..
I guess this is one of the times you are wrong...and it did seem you were looking fro realism when you stated the words ' surviving a crash that in no way anyone could'..but meh it happens to all of us..and i do agree that plot hole are common with most tv shows ..but seeing as this is the 1st season of a hit tv show..i doubt the writers can afford to be lazy..
anyhow back to topic...
hate it when people talk about something they really dont know nothing about.. if you had seen every episode so far and still felt that way.. that would be one thing...but since you only really know the basics.. that doesnt attribute to anything...if you want to argue about LOST - go to the LOST forum
