Liv might help a bit, but if you really want to know something correct, ask Salo - he translated all the "elvish" sentences for the film.
Hm, speak, would take ages to learn the vocabulary (probably several dozens of thousands of words) and the grammar, and, well, many words that would be important for us are missing.
