Which is your favorite Bond villain ?

I'm not sure about it, as long as they don't name the geezers, why not?

i don't know..coz i don't understand this copyright stuff very well 😕

as long as they don't use the name SPECTRE and name the bald geezer Blofeld it's ok

so they can call him Blefold for example?
and organisation SPEKTRE ?

I wouldn't call the organisation SPEKTRE since it sounds the same, same goes for the guy.. but like... I think Bluefeld and SPECTA or something works fine

i see.
so why didn't they do it in the movies? 🤨

perhaps that's prohibited too? or they were so frustrated by the case that they wanted to drop it directly?

i guess the second option is more probable

same here... makes more sense too

erm..it doesn't make much sense at all, broccoli's not being allowed to use the name they've made up 😖

they didn't make the name up, Ian Fleming got it and then this geezer claimed to have the rights on Thunderball

os FLeming made it..still it somehow belongs to bond...right?

The first person that pops into my mind is Robert Shaw's nasty assasin in From Russia With Love. Great fight too.

yeah, but Ian gave the rights on the books to different people...

starwing, that's Grant btw; good pick 😄

Thanks. Love the film. 🙂

oh yeah, it's definitly one of the best of Bond 😄 I recently saw it again, and it can definitly stand up against all the others

like whom? 😑

like, that guy that sued the producers

but he was related to him or just some weird random person?

From Russia With Love, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and Thunderball are my top three favorites and in that order. I really liked the adaption and the direction Peter Hunt did for On Her Majesty's Secret Service, John Barry's music in the film is his best ever, and I thought George Lazenby was a wonderful James Bond--unfortunately he did his part right after Sean Connery which, among critics, would knock down anyone's good performance.
