Umm probably Carver and the guy from A View to A Kill. I mean seriously the motives stealing microchips and creating WWIII for motives, it's really lame.

The guy in tommorow never dies, played by Jonathan Pryce. A media shark, thats just plain dumb.

The only people today who really want to take control of the world are media barons such as Rupert Murdoch and Ted Turner; so Tomorrow Never Dies is quite relevent in the twenty first century.
