Horrible Leg Cramp!

Oh the humanity!!! ๐Ÿ˜›

This morning at 3:00am I was electrified out of bed by an agonizing leg cramp! It was absolutely teeth shattering pain!

Now, mind you, leg cramps are not to uncommon to me, but they usually disappear as soon as I start walking, but the one last night was so unbearable, I couldn't put any weight on it!

So I made a fist and just keep massaging the knot, It was huge! Really painful, it made my stomach hurt! It lasted for 5 whole minutes! Horrendous pain! ๐Ÿ™

So what exactly are you supposed to do in a situation like that?

Hit your head against the wall until you pass out. ๐Ÿ˜›

Actually, are you getting enough potassium in your diet?

Umm, I dont know. How much potassium is there in a bag of Cheetos? ๐Ÿ˜‰

My knee cap has slipped down to the middle of my shin and sprang back up, tearing all the ligaments 5 times!

Quick someone slaughter the dancing bananas & feed them to the diva! Must stop the leg cramps!!

Sorry Mr Cramp man!

i read in an article that if you get those you aren't hydrated enough
so Tex i advise you to drink plenty of water before bed ๐Ÿ˜„

Yes, drink plenty of water, eat some bananas. (who cares if you're up all night running to the bathroom!) ๐Ÿ™„

well at least that way he'll get some excercise ๐Ÿ˜‰

Exactly! He'll be the healthiest one of us!! (I don't get any exercise!) ๐Ÿ™

bwah..its neither potassium nor water...it's calcium....put some milk and cheese on those cheetos ๐Ÿ˜›
i used to have them last year..but apparently they stopped. One night i woke up screaming....and i could barely walk the enxt day. The thing is that when you feel them coming (and you do after a while) you rub the sh!t out of your leg....and it stops (for me)

Ok - Tex. Take a little advice from all of us....

2 Hours before bedtime start drinking water - drink as many glasses as you can before bedtime.

1 Hour before bedtime - eat a banana & drink a glass of milk (this will interrupt your water intake, but it's ok).

1 Hour after bedtime - wake up & walk to the bathroom (a good brisk walk is best).

2 Hours after bedtime - repeat walk to bathroom.

3 Hours after bedtime - repeat walk to bathroom.

Ok. Now you should be ok for the rest of the night. You may want to sleep in a little in the morning, though.

What's the use then?

๐Ÿ˜† Well, at least there will be no more leg cramp?!

I had that a lot during summer, nothing much you can do about it, you can try and cool it down, so you will loose the feeling for a time, but doesn't solve anything

Your leg was just probably bitten by rats while you slept ๐Ÿ˜›

i doubt there are rats in his place ๐Ÿ™„
