That's not the Man-Spider. It's a bit different. Spider-X is a different person. The Man-spider is Spider-Man's mutation getting the better of him. All 6 of his arms worked as human arms, and had organic webbing. He wasn't any stronger than his normal counterpart, considering he got his butt kicked by Kraven and Punisher in the animated series. Venom would take this one easy.
