1) I think this is the same as one, the sents are connected to the matrix, as is he, so he can control them

1) He’s both up-loaded to the Matrix and conscious in the real world. It’s to avoid over-loading his mind.

The Archie will probably be shown sending Sentinels out, or panicking because of Smith, I don't think Neo will see him again.

Let’s raise the stakes on
“Why’s Neo blind-folded?” (I’ll add the odds when we’re closer to day zero).

There’s a scene in the trailer, where Neo and Trinity are flying towards (presumably) the Speak-machine (aka Deus ex Machina). Neo’s not wearing the blindfold then.
“If you tell me we’ll make it I believe you.”
“We’ll make it.”
In another trailer there’s the “Six hours ago I was ready to give my life for you.”
These two scenes seem to take place after Morpheus/Link/etc. and Trin/Neo have gone separate ways.

I think the blindfold is there simply to help him focus on his new found abilities in the real world. Simple as that.

I read somewhere(in this forum) that when they leave(neo and trin) with the logos he ins't blindfolded, then bane comes out (he was hidden inside the logos) and fights neo, blinding him

then why is he bleeding?

1-Oracle.

2-I'll say a no for the twins.

3-Yup Neo dies after he serves his purpose.

4-Neo's Blinded after going to that gold area where gold beams are shooting into his eyes. As speculated from the trailer.

I just took another look at a hi-res release of the theater trailer. When he is sitting in the chair using his new abilities to plug the cable into the back of his head -- he has the blind fold on but I see no blood. His forehead is a little read, however. Perhaps he spent to much time in the Austrailian sun!! 🙂

3) Its so he can see the code of everything like he can see in The Matrix. The only problem is he can't control it so he needs to be blindfolded to see the code.
