Romeo and Juliet was a tragic love story...there everyone happy, and me smart! 😄

no.. (anyone who knows shakespeare...) knows that it's a tragedy...

I will not back down!!! RAWR!

i know Shaekspire...i know it well....and it is a tragedy, but its also a love story....Sheakspire has, Romeo and Juliet is in the 'tragedy' categry, but it is a story about tragic love....... 😛

......it's not classed a love story....

it's not just about love y'know....

it was like loadsa morals and stuff....

are you talking about knowing it through the movies?

no, i live in england, so i have to do it in school..just like you...well HAD...dont anymore...im at UNI!!!!! 😄

yeah yeah....i know what you talkin about.....

lol....

what did you take at school as chosen subjects?

I took Drama, Art and I.T

Classics, History, Business Studies...lol...did maths as an AS, but dropped it!
im not an English expert...never was...LOL......🙁

I did arty stuff at college..

Art and design (GNVQ) in first yea.. along with English etc..

second yr i had to leave half way through.. but i did these for half a yr!!(lol)

Performance Studies (Drama and Music)

Photography

Ceramics (art, obviously)

and Maths ( i dropped at beginning of yr.. suckage.)

yeah suckage lol i love arty stuff, so cool, but i never took it cos i could get to my course with it! 🙁...ah well....oops, we majorly went off the subject...
Hamlet wasnt so bad, the movie...with Ethan Hawke (MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM)

wasn't that Kenneth Branagh ??

Erm...no, it was Ethan, i saw it few times...Hamlet....yeah, thats it...its like a modern version....its ok, not the best like i said...dont confuse me....:blnk: it is Hamlet...LOL

I'm thinking of the better one 😛

Kenneth Branagh's performance in The 1996's Hamlet was amazing..

and Kate Winslet was in it aswell..

oh...this one is 1998 i think , and its Ethan Hawke and the Calire Daines...or however you spell it.... 😄

modernised?

It's 2000 btw 😛

I also think the best actors for shakespeare's plays/films

are actors who originally were shakespearean actors.. like on the stage(theatres)

yeah, they were originaly made for it, so i guess they are better that way...
its like classical literature, id like to see Medea made into a film, but i dont think they could make it as good as Euripides wrote it...
