I just kept seeing a little kid oblivious of what was going on and I'm not talking about the performance.
And then they so conveniently scheduled Sarah Silverman to go out right after her.
It's clear MTV did this whole thing to draw ratings and to make a fool out of Britney.
I can't imagine how she was backstaged while Sarah was talking, or if she even had a reaction at all or even cared.
That's how out of it she seemed.
When I look at her, I don't see a mother, I see a child.

When I look at Britney, I see someone trying to get back her life. I see someone trying to reclaim her singing career. And no I'm not blind, I saw someone that looked good for a performance that was her first in years. Naturally her peformance seemed wanton and wooden, I expected that even if many didn't. All she has to do is get better and then good things will happen to her.

I suspect she's still in love with K-fed, but the public didn't like them together and she was tired of the pressure and broke it off; she was still wearing her wedding band, the last picture of her in the wig; she shaved her head; she's really hurting, but people want entertainment and she could very well still be in love with K-fed. I think that's the fire that is missing. I think she truly loves him, and yes, he was her backup dancer, so, all of that is gone now. She can try to press forward, but it was the public that didn't like her with K-fed. People have strange pairing, they like who they like, they love who they love. Take that away and yes, things end up tasting stale.
