Obviously she has gotten them and do you think it has made her everything she has hoped to be?

I assume by that you mean her fluctuating figure? Sad fact of nature, women develop and lose curves as we put on and lose weight. Careful study of her music videos alone will confirm that fact for you.
In other words, no I do not believe she has had breast implants, if she did it was amazing how they suddenly disappeared during her rake days, and have you seen the reappearance during her pregnancy days? Amazing............
