terra smiffed, embarrest that another student had noticed her crying. She was so nervous -c all of these people were 16 - she was 15, but they had put her up a year. She had no idea why - but the students filled her an irrational anxiety.
"oh.." Terra coughed away another splutter "hi - Aerie right?"
Li walked slowly back into the classroom adn took a seat in the same desk. She looked around to the door expecting to see will but didn't. So she turned back to professor Rydell and was ready for sure to start class. She noticed the boy up at the front of the class. He was cute. She thought to herself, i wonder why i've never seen him beofre?
"Terra have you ever heard of a dream analysis?" Lady Frost asked the tiny girl that was sitting by her desk. "I think it is VERY important for us to set up an appointment with St. Mungo's. They have a new machine that they hook you up to your head and it can read and analyze dreams." Lady Frost continued on, her voice was now softer having seen the fear growing in the little girls eyes.
"Now, now dear. Don't be scared. It's painless and it only takes about 15 minutes, IF everything is shown correctly." Lady Frost said as she strolled back behind her desk and took a seat in her elegant arm chair that had a tiger's face engraved in dark mahoney wood on the top of it.
"There are 4 little suction type pieces that have wires connected to them. The little cups are placed in the 4 pressure points of the head. Before you get hooked up to the machine you will drink some Sweet Dreams Tea. The tea is to help you relax so that your mind will go back to this bad re-occuring nightmare that you keep having." Lady Frost told her as she picked up a small glass crystal that was on her desk.
Terra looked so frightened.
"Terra, don't be frightened. I would never EVER put one of my students, or any other student in danger, you MUST trust in me." Lady Frost said with a soft but firm voice. Her icey blue eyes could be decieving sometimes, they always looked very cold.
Terra stared into the eyes before her. It was happening again - tests, experiments, she was going to be in the place again, with probes!
Despite her fear she smiled, all the while trying to breath.
"I don't need tests, I'm fine, I think it is just a phase... what do you think it is?"
When the HeadMistress did not reply, Terra started to cry again. She wanted to hit herself for being the way she was. So weak, so stupid, hopeless at magic. Not at all what her parents wanted from her.
"I widh I were dead." The words did not seem to shock the Headmistress at all. "I mean, not that I want to die, I just want to - " the words eluded her for a second, "...not be. I want, oblivion, peaceful silent oblivian."
"Terra surely you don't wish death upon you, they are just nightmares, but I think that with all the strange and unusual things happening here at Hogwarts lately that it is best for you to go to St. Mungo's for an overnight stay." Lady Frost told her.
"The only other way would be for me to find Li and see if she knows anything. It will do no good to teach you Occulmency because we don't know why or what these dreams are." Lady Frost told her.
"Perhaps you would like to tell me about one of these dreams?" She asked her. Mykyra took her long braided hair and began to wrap it up in a bun all the while she waited for Terra's response. She was well unaware that her pointy ears were unhidden.
