However in this game...since the rules are written PREFECTS can take house points away................NOT AN EXCEEDINGLY AMOUNT................NO MORE THAN 5 PTS! It does say in the 2nd book that he takes house points..and it does say in book 5 that they can't....JKR must've messed that up.}
